President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates for the Annual Abu Dhabi sustainability week summit.
The Nigerian Presidential airplane landed at the Zayed International airport at approximately half past eleven p.m local time, this Sunday evening.
He was received on arrival by the UAE Minister of State, Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Shakhboot Nahyan Al Nahyan on behalf of the Government.
President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan invited President Tinubu to participate in the 2026 edition of the summit, beginning this Monday.
The weeklong summit is an annual event that mobilises leaders from government, business, and society to chart the next era of sustainable development.
With the theme "The Nexus of Next: All Systems Go", ADSW will connect ambition with action across innovation, finance, and people, showcasing how the world can move forward with confidence.'
Recall that President Tinubu who departed Lagos on Sunday, December 28, has been in Europe as part of his end of the year break.
