President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, has inaugurated the Karu Water Supply Network Project in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), marking a significant step toward improving access to clean and safe water for residents of Karu and surrounding communities.
Speaking at the inauguration, the President reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to delivering critical infrastructure and people-centered reforms aimed at improving the quality of life for Nigerians. He noted that access to potable water is essential for public health, economic growth, and sustainable development.
The project is expected to address longstanding water supply challenges in the rapidly growing satellite town, providing thousands of residents with a more reliable and efficient water distribution system.
President Tinubu assured Nigerians that his administration remains focused on implementing policies and reforms that will enhance living standards, expand infrastructure, create opportunities, and foster inclusive development across the country.
